We are currently seeking a ServiceCloud Senior developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karn taka (IN-KA), India (IN). In these roles you will be responsible for: Liaise with internal clients and users to understand their business needs in developing solutions Work in Agile environment. Good communication skills and able to work independently on requirements. Collaborate with project/business teams to reproduce, analyze, and fix issues. Demonstrate ownership and accountability through self-directed task management. Requirements for this role include: 4+ years of hands-on experience in developing Salesforce Service cloud solutions Good knowledge on Apex, SOQL, XML/JSON, Visualforce, LWC and JavaScript Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative and administration In depth understanding of cases, service contracts, case management, entitlement, milestones, communities, live agent, and knowledge base understanding of use case related to functionality for multiple interaction channels (communities, mobile, phone, email etc...) Service cloud consultant certification Liaise with internal clients and users to understand their business needs in developing solutions Experience in working in Agile environment. Good communication skills and able to work independently on requirements. Collaborate with project/business teams to reproduce, analyze, and fix issues. Demonstrate ownership and accountability through self-directed task management. Preferences: - Optional (nice-to-have\'s) hands on experience on Experience cloud(Communities) Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (10:00am to 20:00pm IST). The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend\'s basis business requirement.
