Shift Timing: Night shift
Location: Bangalore, India

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Must have training experience of handling small to large size batches.
• Train staff on the basics of US mortgage industry and cover functional aspects of Loan Originations, Underwriting, Closing and Post closing, Servicing, Default Servicing and Title Industry.
• Must be specialized in the mortgage servicing domain.
• Should have a deep understanding of the processes in the core/general and default servicing domain.
• Should have core knowledge in some of the important functions of core/general servicing such as customer service, escrow processing, credit reporting, written correspondence, cashiering and, credit and investor reporting.
• Should have core knowledge in some of the important functions of default servicing such as Loss mitigation, foreclosure, deed-in-lieu foreclosure, short-sale, loan modification processing & underwriting, REO, property preservation, Insurance claim processing, bankruptcy and all its chapters.
• Must have a good understanding to the process and steps of foreclosure and all chapters of bankruptcy.
• Should be thorough and familiar with all the documents pertaining to core servicing and default servicing domain.
• Trainer must be able to review RMAs (Request for Mortgage Assistance), Paystubs, unemployment income documents, Social Security award letters, divorce decrees, 1040\xe2\x80\x99s, tax certificates, homeowner insurances, flood certificates and insurances, bankruptcy discharges summaries.
• It\xe2\x80\x99s an added advantage to have loan origination background such as loan processing, pre-underwriting, and closing along with core servicing background.

Required Technical Skills:

• Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (esp. MS Excel) suite of products skills
• Excellent written & verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent people management and stake holder management

Qualification and Experience:

• Should be a graduate in any domain (any Learning and development related course or certification will be a plus)
• Over all 3 to 6 Years of work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent Classroom Management and Facilitation Skills
