JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Visit Scheduling and Coordination related to it.
2. AMC Follow-up and conversion.
3. CRM desk management.
4. Preparing and maintaining all documentation, PPTS, Reports related to Service and reporting to HOD and Management.
5. Training and guiding new team members under her.
6. Client Coordination for the Issues, visits, queries, requirements, feedback etc.
7. Managing Replacement record and maintaining stock record in office and engineers.
8. Coordination with Engineers regarding visits, requirements, etc.
9. Project planning and tracking its execution.
10. Internal Followup with other departments for any queries and requirement.
11. Attending meetings and seminars related to the service department or company.
12. Cross checking reports and filing of the reports.
13. Coordinating with other hardware vendors for issues.
14. Submitting Engineers EPI in coordination with the HOD to the HR Department.
15. Planning and suggesting new ideas for enhancement of the Service team.
16. Keeping track and approving Engineers travel vouchers and providing them to HOD for approval.
17. Submission of DAR to the reporting head.
18. Following SOP and other required work provided by the management.
19. Preparation of various reports, AMC, CMC work.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
