Date Posted: 2022-12-13 Country: India Location: MK Towers, #27, Longford Road, Shanti Nagar,Bangalore - 560 027, India Job Profile: The candidate should be essentially from elevator background having experience in Service or Installation of elevators To plan, supervise and assign work to examiners, repairmen, spare men and helpers working under them and ensure that they carry out their duties within the frame work of maintenance contracts in safe and efficient manner. To plan and carryout AES, evaluate maintenance quality and assign workmen to carryout corrective measures. Estimate for work not prescribed within the parameters of the maintenance contract and submit quotations to customers. To conduct New Installation Surveys and accept elevators under maintenance To negotiate with customers for renewal of maintenance contracts and book orders for new maintenance contracts / recoveries / T orders To allow overtime, approve hours booked on time tickets against work completed, allowances and expenses incurred for the purpose of salary payment. To approve leave applications, evaluate, performance recommend promotions and disciplinary measures for employees working under them. To supervise and implement safety procedures and conduct Tool Box Talks. Job Requirement: Diploma/BE in Engineering 5-8 years in handling service in Elevator industry Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills Assertive, Proactive , Result orientated and Self starter Ability / Confidence to handle high profile Key Customers Desirable Experience in Elevator industry.
