Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
Ensure kitchen and dishwashing areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and hygienic condition at all times.
Dispose of kitchen waste appropriately and maintain garbage area cleanliness.
Refill soap and paper towel dispensers in kitchen and dishwashing areas.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen areas before and after service.
Follow health and safety standards, including HACCP or equivalent.
Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the supervisor.
Support chefs and kitchen staff as needed during busy periods.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comply with food safety regulations.
Maintain proper storage of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
