Key Responsibilities:
Greet, seat, and serve guests courteously and promptly
Set, clean, and reset tables with appropriate decor and settings
Provide water, deliver drinks, and assist with food service
Maintain clean menus and well-stocked service stations
Support wait staff with service tasks and guest needs
Clear tables and assist in opening/closing duties
Wash and store dishes, transport linen as needed
Upsell menu items and highlight specials/promotions
Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas
Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely order delivery
Stay updated on menu changes and promotions
Attend team meetings and training sessions
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards
Take ownership of guest service in your section
Greet all guests warmly on entry and exit
Maintain professionalism and courteous behavior
Report incidents to management promptly
Follow up on guest queries or basic troubleshooting
Eligibility Requirements:
Fluent in English and Hindi
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food, beverage, and current trends
Detail-oriented with minimal supervision
Willing to work break shifts, weekends, and holidays
Basic math skills; ability to handle cash
Physically fit to stand long hours and lift trays
Valid bike license required
