Record keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues in a CRM or other system. Collaboration: Work with team members and other departments to improve service and find solutions. Follow-up: Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the service. Product knowledge: Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
