Service Relationship Manager Pos Branch Banking Pos (point Of Sale)
Job Description
:
: -
a~ Manage a team of POS SRMs & Handhold them on a ongoing basis
a~ Client Engagement on Service, Increasing Txns, Activation %
a~ Tracking of Daily SRs, Complaints raised by Merchant
a~ Tracking Installation & De Installation of POS machines, in sync with the vendor
a~ Liaising Internal within the bank for any post sale service
a~ Liaising with the Vendor for any Customer Issues
a~ Supporting the RSMs/ASMs, PSMs & APSMs in their day to day activity
a~ Timely resolution of customers queries/complaints and close looping
a~ Improve on NPS
a~ Achieving Self & team KRA
a~ Recovery of Outstanding Charges/Rent, Machines
a~ Regulatory - Clearing of Hold / Suspicious txns and Chargebacks.
a~ Lead generation on BL/OD/FCCR, EMI, DCC (All on POS)
Requirement : Good Knowledge of the product and process & fits into the POS SM role
