a~ Liaising with the Vendor for any Customer Issues
a~ Supporting the RSMs/ASMs, PSMs & APSMs in their day to day activity
a~ Timely resolution of customers queries/complaints and close looping
a~ Improve on NPS
a~ Achieving Self & team KRA
a~ Recovery of Outstanding Charges/Rent, Machines
a~ Regulatory - Clearing of Hold / Suspicious txns and Chargebacks.
a~ Lead generation on BL/OD/FCCR, EMI, DCC (All on POS)
Requirement : Good Knowledge of the product and process & fits into the POS SM role
