We are looking for an Intellectual Property Analyst to join our highly regarded Global Operations team at Clarivate, Noida. This is an amazing opportunity for professionals with Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing /Accounting/ERP experience to process Vendor Invoices/reconciliations of accounts accurately and respond to queries to ensure timely payment of these Invoices. About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Minimum of a bachelor\'s degree B.COM The candidate should preferably have 1 or 2 years of experience in Finance Operations (AP/AR) Accounting fundamentals Excellent English written and verbal communication skills Good interpretation and comprehension skills Equipped at using MS Office tools such as Excel, Power Point and Word It would be great if you also have - Postgraduate or master\'s degree 2 -3 years of experience in Finance Operations Worked on oracle financials Reconciliation experience Journals understanding/processing knowledge Advance MS office tools knowledge - Excel Self-starter with ability to multitask and prioritize across projects to meet deadlines Attention to detail, results orientated, enthusiastic, determined to achieve and shows commitment Interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and with a team What will you be doing in this role Role is to perform activities related to renewals of client\'s portfolio of IP Rights based on Client request within agreed turnaround times and adhering to quality standards Review and process invoices along with providing the resolutions for the invoices and releasing the invoices for Payment Resolve all suppliers queries and requests received in the team within the agreed SLA Processing allocated invoices as per work instructions / team alignment / task priority/ client requirements Reviewing invoice status on respective renewals systems Interpret the invoice and act as per work instructions Consider exception handling and process payments Forward the output generated for quality checking Acknowledge completion of work to supervisor / clients Identification of process improvement opportunities and implementing required actionable by - identifying process gaps /wastes About the Team The position is for IP analyst in Global renewals team. The team consists of 9-10 colleagues and is reporting to the Operations Manager. This team is responsible for renewing customer\'s portfolio to ensure safety of their IP rights.
