We are looking for a IP Analyst to join our Trademark IP Admin team in Noida. This is an amazing opportunity to work with Trademark Clients. The colleague will be reporting to the Manager/Senior Manager. We have a great skill set in Intellectual Property domain and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in Trademark domain.

About You \xe2\x80\x93 experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

Minimum of a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree

The candidate should preferably have 1 or 2 years of experience in operations

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

Good interpretation and comprehension skills

Equipped at using MS Office tools such as Excel, Power Point and Word

Advance MS office tools knowledge \xe2\x80\x93 Excel

Self-starter with ability to multitask and prioritize across projects to meet deadlines

Attention to detail, results orientated, enthusiastic, determined to achieve and shows commitment

Interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and with a team

What will you be doing in this role?

Docketing: calendaring the statutory & non-statutory deadlines in Intellectual Property Management System (IPMS) along with relevant documents to preserve IP rights.

De-docketing: perform or close the calendared events in IPMS

Prioritize daily docketing/de-docketing requests and other allocated tasks as agreed with client to complete in each day to keep IPMS current and correct.

Review trademarks prosecution related documents (US & Non-US) received via mail or shared site and update/create the records in IPMS as per the standard operating procedures (SOP).

Effective communication with Attorneys, Paralegals, Law firms, Foreign agents and other stake holders to seek instructions and clarification on certain tasks.

Facilitate accurate and timely payment of all PTO tent and trademarks application & office action response through order letters and other required in fees including the maintenance fees; coordinate with client for payment instructions and coordinate with annuity service providers or law firms.

Abreast of changes in PTO guidelines and procedures and extend support to team with process related inputs.

About the Team

This position exists to drive client engagement and business growth cohesively. The main purpose of this role is to understand the client needs and recommend best possible service offerings within Filing & prosecution (F&P). Onboarding and successful transition of new clients and services and to ensure seamless transition from Business Take-On (BTO) to Business as Usual (BAU), whenever required.

Hours of Work

5 days working - Monday to Friday

Full-time Permanent Role

Shift - 9 hours including break
