Job Description

Experience:


Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow UI Builder development.




Technical Skills:


Proficiency in ServiceNow UI Builder, including creating custom components, page variants, data resources, data bindings, client state parameters, and events.


Strong expertise in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including frameworks such as React or AngularJS).


Proficient in GlideScript, Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, and UI Actions to support UI Builder integrations and workflows.


Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integrating UI components with external data sources.


Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, with a focus on error handling and performance optimization in UI Builder.


Hands-on experience working with the CSM module.
