Job description: o Bachelor\'s degree with 7+ years of professional information technology experience with systems analysis and application development experience, including administration, implementation, integration, and configuration in ServiceNow o 4-5 years of experience of ServiceNow with the ServiceNow platform in an Admin/Developer Capacity administering an enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment, including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI configuration, catalog items, reports, and updates o Experience developing custom applications in ServiceNow, leveraging scripted workflows, complex business rules, client-side/server-side scripting, custom UI pages, ACLs, custom widgets, and custom reporting, custom CMS/ Employee Self Service portals o Expert knowledge and hands on experience of ServiceNow Application o Comfortable deploying ServiceNow in a multi-datacenter environment o Aptitude to troubleshoot L2/L3 problems as they relate to ServiceNow Application o Well versed with documenting process and procedures implemented into ServiceNow o Experience upgrading within ServiceNow application o Experience architecting and designing ServiceNow Application o Support Single-Sign On instances o Intermediate skill with JavaScript required for process development and automation; experience with XML o Ability to come up with solutions for improving procedures and workflows o Search, populate, and customize the knowledge base o Strong understanding of cloud technologies, web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3). o Understanding of enterprise IT architecture. o Working knowledge of relational databases.
