The Service Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's service offerings, enhance customer engagement, and drive service revenue growth. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, coordinating service promotions, and improving service process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing plans to promote service products and service-related campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, service trends, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with the service team to plan service camps, promotional events, loyalty programs, and customer retention activities.
Manage customer communication through calls, emails, digital media, and service reminders.
Monitor customer feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Promote extended warranty, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), service packages, and value-added services.
Prepare reports on service performance, marketing campaign results, and customer feedback.
Work closely with sales, service, and CRM teams to improve customer experience.
Maintain and update customer database and service records.
Assist in developing digital marketing content for service promotions, social media, and CRM tools.
