Job Description
We need one Service In ChargeWorkload will be as follows -
- Create a new service franchise in various areas where service franchises are not available.
- Coordinate with various existing service franchises for pending job status/repair of work.
- Coordinate with various existing service franchises for spare stock/returning of defective material/Billing issue-related matters.
- Coordinate with HO for spare stock/billing of franchise/workload distribution etc
- Highlight the complaint issue for any particular product and root cause analysis for the complaint.
- Co ordinate with sales persons/dealers/distributors for service issue and action to resolve the solution.
- Feedback related to bulk service issue in any particular product.
- Training for CRM software to various service franchises.
- Technical qualification needs like Diploma/ITI certificate in Mechanical/Electrical with 4-5 years experience in a similar field required.
- Computer and software knowledge is essential for co ordinate purposes.
- Practical handwork knowledge in the fan and Appliances field is required.

- TONDUPALLY, SHAMSHABAD, Hyderabad - 509325, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
