Job Description

We are seeking a Service Engineer to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction in the doors/windows industry. The Service Engineer will be responsible for managing service operations, monitoring service quality. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a service team in the doors/windows industry and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:


Manage and supervise the service team to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery for doors/windows products and installations
Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction levels and implement improvements as needed
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure their needs are being met
Plan and coordinate service schedules, routes, and resources to optimize efficiency and productivity
Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to service fitter & helpers to support their professional development
Manage service records, reports, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
Collaborate with other departments including sales, operations, and to ensure smooth service operations
Monitor and control service costs and expenses to meet budget goals
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service operations
Maintain daily attendance records of Fitters & Helpers team
Qualifications:


Bachelor\'s degree in a related field
2+ years of experience in service operations or management in the doors/windows industry
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with service management software and tools in the doors/windows industry
Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards in the doors/windows industry
Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends and holidays
