Job Description

We are seeking a Service Engineer to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction in the doors/windows industry. The Service Engineer will be responsible for managing service operations, monitoring service quality. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a service team in the doors/windows industry and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Manage and supervise the service team to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery for doors/windows products and installations
• Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction levels and implement improvements as needed
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure their needs are being met
• Plan and coordinate service schedules, routes, and resources to optimize efficiency and productivity
• Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to service fitter & helpers to support their professional development
• Manage service records, reports, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with other departments including sales, operations, and to ensure smooth service operations
• Monitor and control service costs and expenses to meet budget goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service operations
• Maintain daily attendance records of Fitters & Helpers team

• 
  Bachelor\'s degree in a related field
• 2+ years of experience in service operations or management in the doors/windows industry
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with service management software and tools in the doors/windows industry
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards in the doors/windows industry
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends and holidays
