Key Roles and Responsibilities

Equipment Installation and Maintenance

:Install, configure, and perform routine maintenance on various types of equipment and systems.

Troubleshooting and Repair

:Diagnose and resolve technical issues, perform repairs, and conduct preventative maintenance to ensure systems are functioning optimally.

Customer Support

:Provide on-site or remote technical support, answer customer questions, and offer advice and training on equipment usage and maintenance.

Technical Documentation

:Maintain accurate records of service activities, repairs, and inventory, and prepare detailed service reports.

Collaboration

:Work with internal engineering and support teams, as well as other technical staff, to resolve complex problems and enhance service quality.

Compliance and Safety

:Ensure all operations and maintenance procedures comply with company standards and industry safety and regulatory standards.

Continuous Learning

:Stay updated on the latest technological advancements, industry trends, and best practices in their field.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
