- Basics of Electronics and Instrumentation.
- Electronics Tool handling
- Knowledge of Trouble shooting of Analytical Instrumentation.
- Able to understand the Circuit diagram and its flow and capable to trace it on PCB.
- Knowledge of Validation and calibration of Equipment.
- Preventive maintenance and Breakdown of Equipment
- Knowledge of CRM, Review and Analyse CRM Data entry and validate with Team.
- Expert in Data Management and Report Preparation based on requirements.
- Escalation Report preparation and Review with HOD and coordinate with team to resolve.
- Able to Monitor new Installations, Warranty/AMC expiry renewal along with SCP consumption and submit report to HOD
- Good Communication Skill.
- Attending to corporate clients concerns & complaints and share with HOD and undertake steps for effectively resolving them.
- Ready for extensive travelling
- Coordination with Sales and other team for smooth service support activities.
