Job Description

Install, test, and commission machines, equipment, or systems at customer sites Ensure installations meet technical and safety standards Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedules Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal performance Diagnose technical faults and breakdowns Repair or replace defective parts efficiently Explain equipment operation and basic maintenance to customers Provide technical guidance and respond to service queries Prepare service reports, job cards, and maintenance logs Update service status in CRM or service management systems Identify spare parts requirements and coordinate replacements Ensure proper usage and handling of tools and parts Follow company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations Ensure compliance with statutory and customer-specific requirements Coordinate with service coordinators, sales, and technical teams Provide feedback on recurring issues and product improvements Stay updated with product knowledge and technical advancements Participate in training programs and skill development
