Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer with hands-on experience in analytical instruments. The role involves installation, commissioning, servicing, and troubleshooting of instruments at customer sites across Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise along with good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Installation, commissioning, and servicing of analytical instruments at client locations
Preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and troubleshooting
Calibration and performance verification of instruments
Provide technical support and basic training to customers
Prepare service reports and maintain service documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for technical support and spare parts
Ensure timely closure of service calls and maintain customer satisfaction
Travel within assigned locations for field service activities
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Electronics / Instrumentation / E&TC
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant field experience in analytical instruments (mandatory)
Exposure to field service and customer-facing roles preferred
Required Skills
Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently in the field
Willingness to travel across Baroda / Ahmedabad and nearby areas
Preferred Profile
Experience in servicing analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, UV, Spectrophotometer, etc.)
Immediate joiners preferred
