Position Title: Service Desk Engineer Qualifications: Bachelor\'s/Master\'s in computer science, IT, or any other relevant fields. Experience: 3 Years Job Location: Pune Job Brief: You will be part of a Global Service Desk for our Client. Support clients end users in all questions around IT. You are responsible for analyzing incidents to resolve them or to address them to the corresponding team when necessary. Be the single point of contact to end users.
