Job Title: Service Desk Analyst Job Location: Bangalore Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Desk Analyst to join our Procurement team. As a Procurement Service Desk Analyst, you will act as a single point of contact (SPOC) through which all employees of Baxter can contact Procurement for support. In this role, you will be responsible for quickly resolving the issues and incidents reported by end users of procurement systems like Coupa, Ariba, MDM, etc. and for responding to requests for information and services. Key Responsibilities: Serving as the first point of contact for end user community of procurement processes and systems across Baxter including MDM, P2P, Coupa, Ariba, etc. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to all user incidents and queries Identify root causes for issues and provide solutions related issues or incidents reported by users of the procurement systems Trouble shoot any technical issues and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary Guide stakeholders to effectively comply with procurement processes in response to requests Collaborate with team members across Baxter to ensure seamless support to send user community and stakeholders of Procurement Work alongside the Administrator Team and IT function in case of any support required from their end for the systems Help to troubleshoot any issues under the PR to PO process and escalate to the respective team depending on the solution required. Maintain and continually update Desktop Procedures Create and maintain end user guides for our processes Running Adhoc reports on request Qualifications: Ability to communicate in fluent English is essential. Minimum of 2-3 years\' experience in an analytical /operational role Strong IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems. such as JDE, SAP and Procurement Platforms COUPA and Ariba an advantage. Proven ability to work and contribute as a member of a team in a challenging and dynamic environment must be flexible in undertaking new and changing responsibilities Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, displaying a high level of attention to detail, training, systems, and process improvement experience. Ability to work globally and cross functionally in team-oriented environment, also work independently under strict deadlines and changing priorities Strong attention to accuracy and detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience working in a Global environment with cross-functional teams.
