Manage service and operation for Embassies & diplomat clientele. Managing the account activation process. Monitoring the rejections and ensuring time resolution of issues Responding to client inquiries on documentation, account activities, statements and product and/or service information. Coordinating with support functions, CPC/RPC/Trade/Treasury for account opening, account servicing & Trade related transactions. Meeting existing clients regularly, active day-to-day interaction, understanding their needs & providing best in class service & solutions. Responsible for ensuring that all auditble points are recorded and maintained as per the process. Addressing complaint and escalations received at Grievance redressal desk/ Nodal officer Ensuring that mails/ communications coming from clients are handled promptly * Maintaining a strong business relationship with branch banking team & other concerned departments
