Job Summary:

The Service Crew Member is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by preparing food, serving guests, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operations. This role requires energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to providing guests with a quick, friendly, and high-quality dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders. Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards and recipes. Ensure all orders are served promptly and correctly. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the dining area, service counters, and kitchen. Operate POS (Point of Sale) system for billing and handle cash transactions accurately. Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols as per FSSAI and brand guidelines. Assist in daily opening and closing procedures of the outlet. Stock and replenish food, condiments, and packaging supplies as needed. Support team members in kitchen, counter, and dining areas as required. Handle guest queries and feedback with a positive attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

Minimum 10th / 12th pass or equivalent. Diploma in Hotel Management or F&B preferred.

Experience:

0-2 years in a QSR, cafe, or restaurant environment. Freshers are welcome.

Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a customer-first attitude. Basic computer/POS operation knowledge preferred.

Working Conditions:

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
