Assessing clients' needs Pointing clients towards services, resources and providers that can fulfil their needs Explaining to clients how our solutions can resolve their pain points Overseeing job training for the client care team Resolving issues that arise concerning the delivery of our services Answering phone calls and emails Scheduling appointments for our clients Maintaining and tracking clients' service records
