Job Description

Customer Communication:

Serve as the main contact for customer service requests, complaints, and feedback.

Scheduling & Dispatch:

Coordinate service appointments, allocate tasks to technicians, and manage schedules for routine maintenance and emergency calls.

Ticket Management:

Create, track, and ensure timely resolution of service tickets and work orders, following up until closure.

Data & Reporting:

Maintain accurate service logs, documentation, and generate reports on service metrics.

Coordination:

Liaise with sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure efficient service delivery.

System Management:

Use ERP or CRM software for tracking and managing service activities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,967.57 - ₹15,873.07 per month
