Schedule service calls, maintenance, and installations
Assign jobs to technicians and track their progress
Receive service requests and complaints from customers
Keep customers informed about service status, timelines, and updates
Create, update, and close service tickets or work orders
Ensure accurate documentation in the service/CRM system
Act as a link between service engineers, sales, and support teams
Ensure technicians have required tools, parts, and information
Monitor service performance and adherence to SLAs
Ensure company policies and safety standards are followed
Prepare service reports, job completion summaries, and performance metrics
Maintain service records, contracts, and warranty details
Track spare parts usage and availability
Coordinate with stores or procurement for replenishment
Escalate unresolved service issues to management
Help resolve customer complaints efficiently to improve satisfaction
