Act as the first point of contact for customer service inquiries.
Schedule and assign service calls to field engineers/technicians.
Track service requests and ensure timely completion.
Maintain service records, reports, and customer databases.
Coordinate spare parts availability with inventory/warehouse teams.
Communicate with clients to update on service status and follow-ups.
Support the service team with documentation, reports, and compliance.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for quick action.
