Job Description

Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the service team. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Schedule service appointments, staff visits, or maintenance activities. Coordinate between departments, technicians, or providers to ensure smooth service delivery. Manage client or case files, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company or regulatory standards. Monitor progress of services and follow up as necessary. Maintain accurate service records, logs, and databases. Prepare reports, invoices, or service summaries. Collaborate with other staff to allocate resources and manage workloads. Assist in training or onboarding of new service staff, if applicable. Monitor service delivery for quality and efficiency. Handle complaints and implement corrective actions. Ensure services meet legal, safety, and organizational standards. Stay up to date with industry regulations and organizational policies. Organize and allocate equipment, tools, or personnel needed for services. Maintain inventory or order supplies as necessary.
