Job Description

Customer Service:

Greet customers, help them to seats, and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.

Order Taking:

Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.

Food & Beverage Service:

Serve meals and drinks promptly and courteously to customers.

Payment Processing:

Operate cash registers or Point of Sale (POS) systems to handle customer payments.

Hygiene & Cleanliness:

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining and kitchen areas, including tables, equipment, and storage spaces.

Stocking & Preparation:

Assist with stocking food stations, preparing ingredients, and maintaining inventory levels.

Food Safety:

Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements for food safety and sanitation.

Teamwork:

Collaborate effectively with cooks, chefs, and other staff members to ensure efficient and harmonious operations.

Complaint Resolution:

Address customer concerns and complaints, escalating to management when necessary.

Pay: From ?10,000.00 per month
