Job Description

Customer interaction:

Greet customers, listen to their vehicle issues, and record service needs accurately.

Coordination:

Act as the link between customers and technicians, coordinating work and parts needed for repairs.

Estimates and billing:

Explain repair estimates, costs, and timelines to customers. Prepare and process final payments.

Vehicle assessment:

Conduct initial vehicle assessments to identify issues and document them for the technicians.

Progress tracking:

Monitor the progress of repairs and provide regular status updates to the customer.

Quality assurance:

Perform final quality checks on completed work and ensure the vehicle is ready for customer pickup.

Upselling:

Identify and recommend additional services or products that may be needed.

Learning:

Learn dealership policies, procedures, and service software systems.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
