Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Interaction:

Greet customers professionally and ensure a positive first impression.

Listen carefully to customer complaints and record their service requirements accurately.

Explain repair, maintenance, and additional service options in simple terms.

Provide clear cost and time estimates.

Recommend

impulse or value-added products and services

such as:

o Car accessories and detailing.

o Engine oil upgrades.

o Wheel alignment/balancing.

o AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), extended warranties, and service plans.

Obtain necessary approvals before starting repairs.

Keep customers informed of vehicle status and any additional work suggested by technicians.

2. Job Card Management:

Open and maintain accurate job cards with all relevant details.

Ensure customer complaints and technician findings are properly documented.

Secure approvals for any additional jobs or impulse sales.

Close job cards with accurate billing and remarks.

3. Workshop Coordination:

Allocate repair jobs to appropriate technicians and track progress.

Coordinate with the parts department to ensure required spares and impulse-sale items are available.

Conduct quality and road tests (if required) before delivery.

Ensure vehicles are cleaned and ready for handover.

4. Delivery and Follow-Up:

Explain completed jobs, parts replaced, and final billing to customers.

Reiterate

value-added services or future offers

for customer retention.

Handle feedback and resolve complaints promptly.

Follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction and build long-term customer relations.

5. Administrative & Reporting:

Maintain daily service and impulse sales reports.

Track customer conversion rates for value-added services.

Ensure compliance with OEM and dealership standards.

Contribute to team sales targets and service KPIs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
