Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and complaints related to EV vehicles through calls and emails.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot basic issues.
Coordinate with service centers and internal teams for timely resolution.
Maintain call logs and update customer records in the system.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of EV/automobile systems.
Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
