We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Service Advisor (Relationship Manager) to join our Service Department at Pratik Automobiles.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a basic understanding of automobile servicing.
? Key Responsibilities:
? Greet and assist customers visiting the workshop.
? Understand customer concerns and record job details accurately.
? Coordinate with technicians for timely vehicle servicing and updates.
? Ensure customer satisfaction and explain work done in simple terms.
? Promote value-added services and maintain positive customer relations.
? Handle delivery, billing, and feedback collection professionally.
? Eligibility & Skills:
? Graduate or Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical preferred.
? Minimum 1-3 years of experience in automobile service or customer handling.
? Good communication & interpersonal skills.
? Knowledge of Mahindra systems will be an added advantage.
