Greet customers warmly and establish rapport.
Listen to customers' vehicle issues and document their concerns accurately.
Inspect vehicles (initial walk-around) to record mileage, condition, and any visible damage.
Advise customers on necessary repairs, maintenance schedules, and optional services.
Prepare detailed repair orders and cost estimates.
Communicate with technicians to clarify issues and relay findings to customers.
Obtain customer authorization for services and repairs.
Keep customers informed about repair progress, delays, and additional recommended work.
Ensure timely completion and quality of service.
Conduct post-service follow-up to confirm customer satisfaction.
Handle billing, payments, and warranty/insurance claims where applicable.
Maintain records of all service transactions.
Support customer retention efforts by promoting service packages and offers.
