Welcome customers and listen to their vehicle service/repair needs.
Open job cards, record complaints, and prepare accurate service estimates.
Explain recommended services, maintenance schedules, and warranty policies.
Coordinate with workshop supervisors/technicians to allocate and monitor jobs.
Provide updates to customers on job progress, additional repairs, and delivery timelines.
Ensure vehicles are serviced correctly, tested, and ready for delivery.
Prepare invoices and explain service/repair details to customers.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalate issues when required.
Promote value-added services, accessories, and annual maintenance packages.
Maintain service records and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Support after-sales service campaigns and meet customer retention targets.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good technical knowledge of automobiles (basic mechanical & electrical systems).
Customer-centric with problem-solving ability.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using service management software and MS Office.
