Greet customers, listen to their vehicle's problems, and build strong relationships. Assess vehicle needs, often by test-driving, and help customers understand maintenance and repair options. A focus on providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty. Ability to handle customer complaints and troubleshoot issues that may arise during the service process. Ability to manage multiple appointments, service orders, and customer inquiries simultaneously.
