Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction: Greet customers, understand their service needs, and provide excellent customer service.

2. Vehicle Inspection: Conduct vehicle inspections, identify issues, and create repair estimates.

3. Service Planning: Plan and schedule service appointments, ensuring efficient workflow.

4. Communication: Communicate with customers about service plans, costs, and progress.

5. Quality Control: Ensure quality of service, following company standards.

Requirements:

1. Automotive Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive systems and services.

2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Customer Service: Strong customer service skills, ability to handle complaints.

4. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Skills:

1. Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues.

2. Time Management: Efficiently manage time to meet customer demands.

3. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive systems and repair procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
