Job Description
Go Mechanic is Hiring Service AdvisorDesignation: Service AdvisorExperience: 0-5 yearsLocation: HyderabadSalary: 19K-22K + incentivesRole & Responsibility
- Schedule and arrange appointment with the customers/clients.
- Receive and create job orders.
- Coordinate between the customers & garage.
- keep check on quality and make preparations for vehicle delivery.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicle and bills sent to customer.
- Plan existing and new customer acquisition.
- Plan to improve market share and overall customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer complaints.
- Implement processes for cost control.
- 1-5 years off experience in after sales service.
- Degree/Diploma related to Automobile.
- Good Communication Skills (English/Hindi)
- Knowledge of Automobile Services Industry.
- Experience of handling at least 30-35 cars at a time.
- Health insurance
- Morning shift
- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- How many years of experience do you have as Service Advisor ? Automobile Industry.
