Waitress

Primary Role:

To provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables. Present menus and explain daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar. Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests or complaints. Clear tables and reset them for the next guests. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area. Process payments and handle billing accurately.

Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic math and POS system knowledge. Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.

Assistant Bartender

Primary Role:

To support bartenders in preparing and serving beverages, maintaining bar cleanliness, and ensuring smooth bar operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in mixing and garnishing drinks according to recipes. Restock bar supplies like ice, glassware, garnishes, and mixers. Clean and sanitize bar surfaces, tools, and equipment. Check guest IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service. Take drink orders and serve guests when needed. Maintain inventory and report shortages. Handle cash and card transactions accurately. Support bartenders during busy hours and help manage customer flow.

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of drink recipes and bar tools. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and in a team. Customer service orientation and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹9,507.49 - ₹29,147.56 per month
