Maintain bar stock, including replenishing liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.
Operate bar equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and company policies.
Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
Serving Duties
Greet guests promptly and warmly.
Present menus, provide recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverages.
Take customer orders accurately and relay them to kitchen/bar staff.
Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner.
Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to requests, and address concerns professionally.
Handle payments, process transactions, and issue receipts.
General Responsibilities
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness following health and safety guidelines.
Assist in opening and closing duties (e.g., stock counts, cleaning, setups).
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
