Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused

Restaurant Server

to join our team. The ideal candidate provides excellent service, works well in a fast-paced environment, and ensures guests have an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests with a positive, welcoming attitude Present menus, explain specials, and answer customer questions Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system Deliver food and drinks promptly and ensure accuracy of all orders Check on guests throughout their meal and respond to requests Upsell appetizers, desserts, and specialty drinks Process payments, handle cash, and provide receipts Maintain a clean and organized dining area and service stations Clear and reset tables quickly for incoming guests Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Address guest concerns professionally and ensure excellent service

Required Qualifications

Previous restaurant or food service experience (preferred but not required) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for billing and cash handling Ability to stand and walk for long periods Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Professional and neat appearance

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

Experience with POS systems Food handler or alcohol service certification (if required by local laws) Upselling skills and knowledge of food & beverage menus Ability to handle difficult situations calmly
