Job Title: SEO Specialist/Executive : We are seeking a skilled and experienced SEO Specialist/Executive with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience to join our team. As an SEO Specialist/Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to our websites. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth. Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings. Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and other on-page elements for maximum visibility and relevance. Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to website crawling, indexing, and overall site health. Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, including organic traffic, rankings, and conversions. Identify and implement link building opportunities to improve website authority and backlink profile. Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement. Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends, adjusting strategies accordingly. Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into website content. Identify and troubleshoot SEO issues, such as crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content. Stay informed about the latest SEO developments and attend industry conferences and webinars. Requirements: Minimum of two years of professional experience as an SEO Specialist/Executive. Proven track record of successfully improving organic search rankings and increasing website traffic. In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors. Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar. Strong understanding of keyword research and analysis techniques. Familiarity with on-page and off-page SEO optimization strategies. Solid understanding of technical SEO, including website crawling, indexing, and site health. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and website development principles as they relate to SEO. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt strategies based on algorithm updates and industry changes. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines. Continuous learner with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and developments. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with local SEO and optimizing websites for specific geographic regions. Knowledge of SEO for e-commerce websites and understanding of product page optimization. Familiarity with website analytics and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS coding and website development principles.
