Coordinate with content writers for SEO-friendly blogs, project pages, landing pages.
Ensure all project descriptions are keyword-optimized and updated regularly.
Optimize content for local SEO and featured snippets.
4. Local SEO & Google Business Profile
Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for all real estate projects.
Ensure NAP consistency across online directories.
Improve local visibility by boosting map rankings and customer engagement.
5. Technical SEO
Identify and fix technical issues such as crawl errors, broken links, redirections, schema markup, etc.
Manage sitemap submissions, robots.txt updates, and indexing.
Work with developers to ensure SEO-friendly website structure.
6. Backlink Building
Create and execute high-quality backlink strategies (guest posts, classifieds, directory submissions, niche forums).
Monitor toxic backlinks and maintain link quality.
7. Analytics & Reporting
Track website traffic, user behavior, conversion metrics via Google Analytics & Search Console.
Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
Recommend actionable insights for continuous improvement.
8. Competitor Analysis
Monitor competitor SEO strategies, top-ranking keywords, and backlinks.
Suggest strategic improvements to stay ahead in the real estate market.
9. Lead & Conversion Optimization
Optimize landing pages to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
A/B test CTAs, forms, content layout, and traffic sources.
10. Coordination & Project Support
Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams.
Support digital campaigns, project launches, and new website builds.
Ensure SEO alignment with overall brand and sales strategies.
