Qualifications:
- Should have excellent experience in MS Excel.
- Should have experience working with Job Diva.
- Should have experience with data modeling techniques, such as creating relationships, calculated columns, and measures in Power BI.
- Should have expertise in data ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)
- Should have done data profiling, cleansing, and validation during the ETL process to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Should have good Advance Excel Skills used Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot table, Pivot chart, Text functions, logical functions, Conditional formatting, data validation, dashboarding, slicers, filter, and sorting.
- Would be a plus if the person does have expertise in ATS tool (Job Diva) as admin prospective, Managing users, VMS synchronization, Resume harvester setup, Onboarding setup, Design form, Harvesting the resume through job boards, and managing Job Boards as Admin (Monster, CB, Dice, Indeed, Linkedin).
