• We are hiring for windows Administrator with the experience at least 3 years minimum for one of our AMS Project

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues through sharing best practices and direct resolution.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers and achieve the highest level of CSAT
• Experience in windows server administration and technical support.
• Installation, Troubleshooting and Debugging skills in a Windows server environment.
• L2 System Engineering Support for IT Infrastructure Web Hosting Platforms
• Expertise in Windows 2008, 2012,2016,2019 System administration
• Experience in Application and production support.
• Understanding of SQL and DB admin knowledge.
• Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Patch Management,
• User management to create and manage users, groups, renaming groups, deleting groups
• Monitoring, configuring, and maintaining Windows systems and servers.
• Proficient in ITIL processes in managing incidents, problems, change management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and effective organizational and multi- tasking skills.
• Proven ability to quickly learn new technical domains and train others.
• Should be flexible to work in operational environment, rotational shifts and on call schedule.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience Expertise in Windows 2008, 2012,2016,2019 System administration)
• Understanding of SQL and DB admin knowledge.
• Proven ability to quickly learn new technical domains and train others.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate solutions.

• B.Tech /MCA is Mandatory
