Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure proper understanding of guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
Coordinate with the kitchen and Beverage teams to ensure timely service.
Possess strong knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Supervise junior wait staff and ensure smooth table service.
Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of tables before and after service.
Handle guest feedback or complaints politely and escalate when required.
Follow all hygiene and service standards as per company SOPs.
