Zenoti, the industry leader powering more than 25,000 beauty and wellness businesses with vertically focused SaaS software for salons, spas, medspas, and fitness centers, is seeking an experienced Senior Vice President of Finance to lead the company\'s planning and budgeting, cash and liquidity management, administration, investment, and treasury management, while growing and developing the Finance team to achieve the aforementioned objectives. In this role, the Senior Vice President will advise the founders, executive team, Board of Directors, and other key management personnel in decision making that supports the company\'s short- and long- term goals.

Position Overview:

As the Senior Vice President of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in the company\'s financial leadership team. This position requires an accomplished finance executive with a strong background in leading finance teams through rapid growth and transformation, driving financial strategy, and ensuring robust financial operations. You will work closely with the senior management and directly report to the CEO to ensure operations remain on track to hit milestones. You collaborate regularly with CEO, COO, and other members of senior management to build and develop financial models and decision-making frameworks, deploy financial strategies, execute upon the company\'s roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Leadership:

• Provide strategic financial leadership to drive business growth and achieve financial goals.
• Oversee all aspects of corporate finance and financial operations.

Leadership and Team Building:

• Lead and manage a global finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Financial Reporting and Compliance:

• Ensure timely, accurate, and transparent financial reporting, along with the underlying processes that produce it.
• Implement and enhance financial controls and compliance processes (Credit/concessions policy, commissions policy, bonus policy etc)

Financial Operations:

• Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable processes to optimize working capital.
• Oversee accounting and book closing procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.

Budgeting and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

• Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads; Communicate financial goals and expectations to relevant departments.
• Identify areas for cost optimization without compromising growth.
• Drive the FP&A function, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to support strategic decisions.

P&L Generation:

• Take ownership of Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, providing regular analysis and insights to senior management.
• Work on scenario analyses to assess the impact of different variables on financial outcomes.

Systems and Governance:

• Implement and maintain robust financial systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Establish and uphold financial governance policies and procedures.

Fundraising Preparation:

• Assess the current financial health and determine the fundraising requirements.
• Develop a compelling business case for investors, emphasizing growth potential and profitability.
• Strengthen relationships with existing investors and explore new funding sources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA, MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience as a finance leader in a global B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience in building and managing large teams across multiple geographies.
• Demonstrated success in managing finance teams and driving financial strategy.
• Experience with IPO preparation and execution is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of, and working experience in, financial accounting (US GAAP), financial systems and operations, budgeting, and related FP&A processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
