Enterprise Data Management leads BNYM\xe2\x80\x99s enterprise data strategy, data solutions, data operations, data utilities and data governance for the Firm. Our Team\xe2\x80\x99s mission is to build firm-wide platforms to unlock the power of data at BNY Mellon. The team is in search of a Senior Vice President for the DDO Treasury Services function.

The Treasury Services DDO team is to drive and adopt a strategic data management framework to enable data as an asset for the business. The team supports the utilization of policies and procedures that guide and control data management and usage, provides insights including data quality monitoring and issue management to manage data across the Bank, and executes various initiatives to support the Business\xe2\x80\x99 priorities.

We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a future team member in the role of Data Management Execution Lead to join our Enterprise Data Management team. This role is in India - HYBRID.

In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Will work with the Data Leader and Divisional Data Officer to ensure strong Delivery for the team\xe2\x80\x99s programs. Proactively partner with the program and project managers who are the primary contacts for clients and groups within the organization. Lead status meetings for major programs and projects, facilitates risk mitigation and manages the resolution of more complex issues. Ensure project delivery is in conformance with company methodologies and standards.
• Ensure end to end program management activities such as program reporting, program planning, issue and risk identification and tracking, scope management, estimation, client management, relationship management and other program documentation preparation. Provide advice to internal clients on the implications of data business trends, issues, operating environment changes and firm or business unit data strategy.
• Perform data quality activities (data quality rule creation, profiling and deployment, edit checks, identification of issues, root cause analysis, value case analysis, remediation planning
• Perform complex analyses to support business rules. Provide feedback to stakeholders regarding results.
• Conduct root cause analysis, pattern analysis, and other validation to detect errors
• Identify, assess, and resolve (cleanse) data quality issues by creating validation rules for assessing the quality of data relative to business rules and previous trends
• Analyzing rule requirements to determine logic and physical data controls for validity, completeness and consistence.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of Enterprise data quality dashboards
• Research data lineage to help detect areas that have issue with data quality
• Coordinate Data Quality activities with the Data Management team / Data Governance Committee and Data Quality Working Groups)
• Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of Enterprise KPI and reporting

To be successful in this role, we\xe2\x80\x99re seeking the following:

• Advanced degree, preferably in business management or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required 10 + years of related project management experience required, experience with technology and/or the financial services industry is a plus.
• Experience planning and managing a large program consisting of multiple business critical projects.
• Strong Program management experience including Agile requirements.
• Has assisted in resource allocation and financial analysis as part of the budget reporting. Capable of proactively identifying core problems or opportunities within business processes.
• Experience managing Data Governance Programs a plus.
• PMP Certified a plus.
