This comprehensive system encompasses the entire spectrum of savings, loans and credit cards, integrating best-in-class software suppliers like Mambu, Modulr, ADP, AWS, among others.Our leadership team at our parent company Amplifi Capital in London has +100 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in banking across Credit Suisse, UBS and Barclays surrounded by a dynamic team of around 300 people across 3 locations. We\xe2\x80\x99ve grown 5x in size over the last years and based on our current trajectory, will soon become the biggest player in the near-prime lending space in the UK.The Role:As Senior UX/UI Designer, will play a vital contribution to continuously improving our lending and savings products. Your designs will drive operational efficiency increasing the amount of UK customers we can serve.You will collaborate with our interdisciplinary business squads across the entire product development cycle to define, ideate and deliver modern digital experiences for our customers and internal agents.In tandem with the Lead UX/UI Designer, you will champion best practices in Design and continuously refine our Design Systems.Responsibilities:

• Craft detailed design deliverables across our lending and savings products
• Closely work with tech and product leads from problem statement to solution design
• Rapidly prototype, test and iterate solutions with our customers and operational teams
• Use qual and quant metrics to evidence good customer outcomes in line with the UK Consumer Duty
• Become an advocate for our Design Systems and their implementation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX and/or UI Design
• Strong proficiency in prototyping and documentation tools (we use Figma & Confluence)
• Technical understanding in how platforms get built (our platform runs of Salesforce)
• Self-driven and motivated to nurture strong relationships across the business
• Experience in working in-house in an agile environment
• Track record of relevant education (Design/Media/HCI)
• Excellent documentation skills and ability to work with Design Systems
• A portfolio that can evidence the impact of your work ideally in financial services (customer facing and/or operations)
